We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Returning an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at [customer service email/phone]. Please provide your order confirmation number, item details, and reason for return.
Before returning your item, we ask that you provide photos or a short video showing any damage, defects, or other issues. This will help us verify your return request and process it faster.
After we have received your return request and verified any issues through photos/video, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-15 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or completely different item, please initiate a return and include your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process an exchange for the new item you have requested and ship it to you free of charge. We will notify you once the exchange has shipped.
Gifts
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of intimates, bathing suits, or other personal items unless they are damaged or defective.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send your refund to the original purchaser.
