Shipping Methods
Gluora offers the following shipping options:
– Standard Shipping – 3-7 business day delivery on most items. Free for orders over $50.
– Express Shipping – expedited 2-3 day delivery for an additional fee.
– Free Shipping in India – no shipping charges on orders shipped within India.
Delivery Timelines
– Orders placed Monday-Friday by 2PM EST will ship same day. Orders after 2PM EST will ship next business day.
– Standard U.S. orders typically take 3-7 business days after the shipment leaves our facility. During peak seasons, there may be delays of up to 15 days.
– Express orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days in the U.S.
– International delivery timelines vary by country. Please contact us for estimates.
– Large items or customized/made to order products may have longer processing and delivery times.
Tracking Shipments
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier tracking information when your order ships. Tracking details will also appear in your account. Please track your shipment to monitor delivery progress.
Lost/Delayed Packages
Please allow up to 15 days from shipment before reporting a package lost or delayed. We will open an investigation with the carrier and determine next steps.
Undeliverable Addresses
If the carrier cannot deliver your package due to an incorrect address or other issue, we will work quickly to remedy and ensure you receive your products. This may result in additional shipping fees.
